Later this afternoon I got a little hungry so I munched on some apple slices with fontina cheese.
Don’t knock it ’til you’ve tried it! Apples and cheese are a really tasty combo!
For dinner I made us an Ellie Krieger favorite, Aromatic Beef Stew with Butternut Squash (recipe here: http://www.self.com/fooddiet/recipes/2009/11/beef-stew-with-butternut-squash) which was delicious!
Our plates, plus the last little bit of wine from last night. This stew smelled amazing and tasted even better. I loved the combination of the sweet squash with the hearty beef, plus all the amazing spices. Definitely, give it a try!
