A Thank You Berry Munch and a Tagalong Cookie!

Eat breakfast for dinner!

Two egg whites and one whole egg, scrambled with mushrooms, onions, bell pepper slices, and cheddar cheese, with a side of Ezekial toast.

What the hey!  Have two desserts!

Greek yogurt with banana slices and chocolate syrup.

You can also pee with the bathroom door open watch TV during dinner!

Not quite enough taken in today.  I need to try to eat more during the day.  Especially since I workout in the middle of the day, I often find myself starving by the time I get home and then I definitely don’t make the best choices!
